Simple minced meat and leek soup

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 400 g processed cheese
  • 2 liters of broth
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil. Slice the leek into small rings and add it. Add the broth and cook for 15 minutes. Then add the cream cheese and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
