Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200g Gouda
- 100 g cooked ham
- 400 g mushrooms, fresh
- 200 ml crème fraîche
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, heaped salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the Gouda and ham into 1 cm thick and 3 cm long pieces. Clean the mushrooms and slice or quarter them, depending on their size. Mix the ham, mushrooms, and cheese together. Season the crème fraîche with pepper, salt, and salad herbs and fold in. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, stir gently again, and serve.
