Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cooked crab
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise, approx.
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, approx.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh, approx.
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ tsp paprika powder, hot
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • Pepper, white
  • Tabasco
  • Salt
  • leaf lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Mix the dressing ingredients well, season to taste, and add crab juice if desired. Pour everything over the crab and let it marinate well. Can be prepared the day before, then refrigerate! Serve on lettuce leaves.
