Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp water
- 50 g cheese (Edam), grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp margarine
- 100 g North Sea crabs
- ½ bunch of dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk eggs with water. Stir in cheese and season. Heat margarine in a pan and add the omelet mixture. Spread drained shrimp and chopped dill on top. Let set, then fold over each other.
