Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g Brie(s) or Camembert
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion, chives, feta, and Brie and mix with all the other ingredients. Season to taste. Tastes delicious as a dip, on bread and butter, or on crackers.
