Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cheese, Havarti in one piece, cut into cubes
  • 1 chicken, grilled
  • 3 peach(s), ripe and firm
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white, ground
  • 1 pinch of horseradish
  • some lettuce

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Blanch the peaches in boiling water, peel them, and cut them into wedges. Place the cheese, chicken, and peaches in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, ketchup, salt, pepper, and horseradish together. Pour over the salad. Mix gently, cover, and let stand for 20 minutes. Divide the lettuce leaves into bowls and arrange the lettuce on top.
