a MUST on every buffet

Knead the ingredients for the pralines in a bowl with a stand mixer (dough hook) for about 5 minutes, then form a ball and cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the thin slices of bacon in a pan. Degrease the bacon on kitchen paper and crumble it once cooled. Mix the breadcrumbs with the dried parsley and Parmesan to form a coating. Spread this on a small plate to coat. Form small balls from the praline mixture and roll them in the coating mixture until all the balls are evenly coated. Finally, arrange the pralines on a plate and, if necessary, carefully cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The cheese mixture is sufficient for 10-12 pralines.
