Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream
- 400 g sausage (tea sausage, fine)
- 32 crackers
- 5 eggs, hard boiled
- n. B. Green olives stuffed with peppers, sliced
- some chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
enough for approx. 32 pieces
Whip the cream until stiff. Crush the tea sausage. Mix the two ingredients together until smooth. Season with a little chili powder. Slice the eggs into equal-sized slices using an egg slicer and place one slice on each cracker. Spread the tea sausage mixture on top. Finally, garnish each bite with olive slices.
