Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pc. puff pastry
- 150 g Emmental or mountain cheese
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 pinch of caraway seeds
- 1 small egg(s) for brushing

Party snack, makes 12 pieces.
Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares. Cut the cheese into small squares and spread them on the puff pastry. The cheese should not extend beyond the puff pastry. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and caraway seeds to taste. Press the puff pastry together to create small pockets. Beat the egg and brush over the pockets. Bake at 200°C (convection oven) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. If you’re making smaller pockets, check after about 12 minutes!
