Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml orange juice
  • 125 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Separate the eggs. Whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, flour, orange juice, baking powder, and oil. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake at 190°C in a greased angel food cake pan for 50-60 minutes.
