great idea for cold platters, buffet, party
Arrange the cheese slices overlappingly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in an oven preheated to 100°C. Once the cheese slabs have melted onto one level, remove from the oven and let cool. In the meantime, mix the softened butter with the processed cheese, the other finely diced ingredients, and the fresh herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Place cling film on the cooled cheese slab and turn it out so that the baking paper can be removed. Now spread the prepared mixture evenly onto the cheese slab and shape it into a roll. This works really well with the cling film. Then place it in the refrigerator, let it cool completely, and then cut into slices. Serve with fresh baguette. We also like to eat it for breakfast.
