Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 50 g bacon, diced
- 2 onions
- 200 g cheese, brie-
- ½ box of Italian herbs (frozen)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly oat flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Grate the potatoes and onions and mix with the bacon bits, herbs, and spices. If desired, stir in some oatmeal to absorb the liquid. Form rösti and fry them in a pan over medium heat. Flip the rösti over and top the cooked side with slices of Brie. Finish frying the rösti and serve with a side of lamb’s lettuce.
