a recipe from GDR TV chef Kurt Drummer

Cut the ham sausage and semi-hard cheese into small cubes, mix, and add the diced peach (preferably without any liquid). Pour oil over this mixture, season with Worcestershire sauce, and fill jars or bowls in moderately large portions. Make a spicy cocktail sauce with white wine, tomato paste, condensed milk, paprika, pepper, and a little salt. Pour it over the cheese mixture and let the salad marinate for about 25 minutes. Any type of bread, including toasted, goes well with this.
