The classic in a completely different way!
Finely chop the onions and garlic; dice the chicken wieners and Harzer cheese. Brown the onions, garlic, and wieners in a little oil, then deglaze with the white wine, removing any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the milk and then the cheese to the sauce. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the fresh spaetzle to the cheese sauce, stir well to ensure they are completely coated, and heat briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a few dashes of soy sauce. Serve immediately and eat up quickly, as the cheese will eventually harden again.
