Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 250 ml Vanilla buttermilk
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and eggs well until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder, tablespoon at a time, to the butter and egg mixture. Then add the vanilla buttermilk until a smooth batter is formed. Bake in the hot waffle iron for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. The waffles are so deliciously vanilla and fluffy. It doesn't really take any more.
