Mixed Salad with Pomegranate, Cheese and Black Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
 

dressing

  • 2 black Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Hazelnut oil
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar

Mixed salad

  • 4 Handful Oak leaf salad
  • 0,5 Pomegranate
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 4 Cocktail vine tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 0,5 Hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly chopped pistachios
  • 100 g Soft cheese with herbs
  • 100 g Salt and pepper
  • 100 g Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Mash the garlic a little with a fork. Whisk the yogurt with the vinegar, garlic, hazelnut and lemon oil. Season to taste with paprika powder, a little salt and sugar.

  • Pluck the lettuce into small pieces. Core half the pomegranate. Cut the spring onions into rings and chop the peppers. Core the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cut the cheese into slices. Put these ingredients on a plate with the parsley and pistachios. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, pepper and a little sugar.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad. It goes well with flatbread.
