Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g cheese (Emmental, Appenzeller or Tilsiter)
- 3 pear(s), e.g. Williams
- salt, pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sour cream (or sweet, lightly whipped)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the cheese or cut into strips. Halve the unpeeled pears, remove the cores, and cut into thin wedges or cubes. For the sauce, whisk all ingredients (except the chives) thoroughly. Immediately mix with the cheese and pears. Sprinkle the chives over the salad.
