Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g cheese, preferably Gouda or butter cheese
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • n. B. Dressing, (yoghurt dressing)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the apple, trim the leek and bell pepper, and dice all ingredients. Mix with the dressing in a bowl.
