Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 300 g cheese (preferably butter cheese or Gouda)
- 3 slices of cooked ham
- 1 can of corn
- 3 bags of ready-made salad mix (salad herbs, paprika)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the cheese, bell peppers, and cooked ham into small cubes. Halve the cucumber, scoop out the seeds with a spoon, and dice the cucumber as well. Combine all ingredients with the corn in a bowl. Mix the paprika herbs with oil and water according to the package instructions and pour over the salad.
