Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cheese (grated cheese)
  • ½ jar tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower or corn oil)
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ bag(s) of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 3 slice(s) salami, large
  • 3 slice(s) ham (cooked ham), large
  • 100 ml water
  • possibly oregano
  • Spice(s) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

for a round, medium-sized pizza

First, combine the flour, oil, yeast, and 100 ml of water. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Then, roll it out on a pizza pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes for a lighter dough. Spread with the tomato sauce, arrange the salami and cooked ham on top (chopped first if desired), and sprinkle with cheese and, if desired, oregano and other seasonings. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
