Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 3 tbsp turmeric
  • 3 tbsp paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

goes well with noodles or rice dishes

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat. Once warm, add the cheese. Stir well so the cheese melts and doesn’t stick. Once the cheese has melted, add the spices and stir well again. Simmer over low heat for about 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
