Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 onions
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 ml milk, low-fat
  • 100 g processed cheese (20-25% fat)
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Crush the garlic clove and finely chop the onions. Heat 2 tablespoons of broth and sauté the onions and garlic. Pour in the remaining broth and milk, add the cheese, melt it into the sauce, and season with vinegar and pepper. Cheese sauce goes well with pasta, poultry, and vegetables.
