Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled or pureed
  • 1 small chili pepper(s), chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed or minced
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • butter
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion in butter. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add the chilies and garlic. Puree everything, if desired. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season with salt and sugar. You can add herbs, but they will overpower the delicate flavor of the sauce.
