Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 20 g butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 2 corners of processed cheese
- 1 handful of cheese, grated
- some Parmesan
- some salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- n. B. water and/or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a white roux from butter and flour and stir in water and/or milk until smooth. Then dissolve the various cheeses in it. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
