Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 packs of processed cheese
  • 200 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan
  • ½ pack of cream cheese
  • 750 ml water
  • 3 tsp broth, instant
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

is quick and easy

Bring the water and broth to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Then add the processed cheese and stir continuously until melted. Then add the Emmental, Parmesan, and half the package of cream cheese and continue stirring. Once everything is melted, add a pinch of nutmeg and bring to a boil briefly. Tip: If you like, you can also add fresh ham, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
