Cheese Schnitzel
The perfect cheese schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pork schnitzel
- 50 g Gouda cheese
- 1 Egg
- Flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 100 ml Cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pound the schnitzel wide.
- Divide the Gouda into pieces and wrap in the schnitzel. Fasten with toothpicks if necessary.
- Roll the filled schnitzel in flour and twist in the beaten egg and bread in breadcrumbs (seasoned with salt and pepper).
- Then fry the schnitzel in a pan.
- Remove the schnitzel from the pan. Pour in the cream and some water, simmer and season. Then, if necessary, thicken with a little flour.
