Cheese Scrambled Eggs …
The perfect cheese scrambled eggs … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Discs Mountain cheese full fat level
- 1 Onion
- Pepper from the mill, 2 knife points
- 2 Pinches Salt
- Chilli flakes, 2 knife points
- 2 tablespoon Soda
- 20 g Branded butter
- 1 tablespoon Bacon blocks
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- Cut the mountain cheese into fine cubes and finely dice the onion. Beat the eggs in a vessel, add half of the onion cubes, pepper, salt, chilli flakes and sparkling water and stick everything together thoroughly.
- In a pan, fry the butter with the bacon blocks until translucent, add the remaining onions and continue frying until the onions are translucent. Now pour in the egg mixture and let it set over mild medium heat.
- Use a wooden spoon to keep pushing the egg from the edge to the center. When it is almost finished, sprinkle the cheese cubes over it and let it melt slightly. Serve sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.
