Dinner: Scrambled Eggs with Truffle Cheese with Leek
The perfect dinner: scrambled eggs with truffle cheese with leek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small pole Leeks, cut into wide rings
- 1 medium sized Vine tomato, eighth
- 40 Size Truffle cheese, diced
- 3 Free range eggs
- Chilli oil for frying, see m. KB
- Coriander salt, see m. KB
- Colorful pepper from the mill
- Pimenton de la vera, hot
- Heat the chilli oil in a pan and fry the leek in it. After 4 minutes add the tomato. Sauté with and after another 4 minutes let the cheese melt over the vegetables. Then beat the eggs on top and season everything spicy. Stir and serve on a large flat plate. Tastes great! Have fun with my single kitchen!
