Ingredients
- 3 Free range eggs
- Harissa paste
- Seasoned Salt
- Chakalaka
- 65 large Bacon, diced
- Some Emmental, finely grated
- Chilli oil for frying
Instructions
- Fry the pork belly in the chili oil. Whisk eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese. Season the spicy and pour over the bacon. Leave to stock up, rub cheese over it and serve with a slice of bread. Tastes great! Have fun copying!
