Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 4 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 cups cream cheese spread
- 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
- 3 jars of mushrooms (approx. 200g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the leek. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Transfer it all to a large pot, add the mushrooms (with water), and the cheese, stirring slowly. Top up with water.
