Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 ½ liters of meat broth
  • 500 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 500 g leek
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thinly slice the leek and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the herbs and spices and sauté briefly. Then add the meat broth and simmer for 40 minutes. Finally, add the cheese to the broth and let it melt.
