pollock salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of salmon, – substitute (pollock substitute, schnitzel)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Since ready-made salads simply contain too much mayo for me, I simply mixed these two ingredients together (with a fork). The result is a delicious dish that doesn’t require any additional seasoning, as the salmon substitute contains enough salt. You can also enhance this salad with finely diced onion, fresh chives, a portion of mushrooms, and much more… The salad goes perfectly with bread, rolls, crackers, or with pretzel sticks and chips.
