Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers (preferably one yellow, one red and one green)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, (peeled)
  • 3 peaches from the can, (halved), but you can use more
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bottle of curry ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious and quick party dish

Brown the minced meat in oil, add ketchup, peeled tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and mushroom broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Finally, add the diced peaches and the crème fraîche. Serve with flatbread, baguette, rice, or pasta.
