Cheese Soup with Potatoes

- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Leek
- 1 Can Mushrooms
- 1 liter Broth
- 1,5 packet Processed cheese
- 8 Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the leek and cut into small rings. Drain the mushrooms
- Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil, add the potatoes, leek and mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with 1 liter of stock. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
- Add processed cheese to the boat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and bring to the boil again briefly.
