Cheese Soup with Potatoes

The perfect cheese soup with potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Leek
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 1 liter Broth
  • 1,5 packet Processed cheese
  • 8 Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Wash the leek and cut into small rings. Drain the mushrooms
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a little oil, add the potatoes, leek and mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze with 1 liter of stock. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  3. Add processed cheese to the boat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and bring to the boil again briefly.
