Fruity Meat Sausage Salad

The perfect fruity meat sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Meat sausage
  • Dressing:
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 0,5 Tl Curry
  • 1 Can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 small can Pineapple in pieces
  • Salt pepper
  1. First cut the meat sausage into thin slices and then into strips. Put in a bowl. For the dressing, stir together the mayionnaise, cream and curry, then fold in the drained fruit. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
