Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 500 g potatoes
- 500 g peas, frozen
- 500 g meatball substitute (meat dumplings)
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
- 200 g Cremefine
- 200 g processed cheese
- some oil
- tbsp, heaped chives
- some nutmeg, freshly grated
- some salt and pepper
- 3 dashes of Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Dice the vegetables. Then, one after the other, lightly fry the onions, carrots, and potatoes in a pan. Deglaze with water and add the frozen peas. Cook the vegetables until tender. Meanwhile, fry the vegetarian meatballs in a pan. Add the vegetable stock, Cremefine, and processed cheese to the vegetables and stir well to combine. Finally, add the meatballs and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with the spices, herbs, and Maggi.
