Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g spaetzle
- 300 ml water for the sauce
- 1 bag of sauce powder for onion gravy
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 bag(s) of cheese of your choice, grated
- 1 tbsp chives, cut into fine rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Prepare the onion sauce with 300 ml water according to the package instructions. Stir in the cream, stir in the spaetzle, and heat until hot. Season with pepper, sprinkle with cheese, and mix in. Once the cheese has melted, serve immediately on plates and garnish with chives.
