Wraps with crab salad and apple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 wraps
  • 200 g apples
  • 300 g salad (crab salad or scampi salad)
  • e.g. lettuce leaves or arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the wraps according to the package instructions. Wash and dry the lettuce, and cut into strips if desired; otherwise, leave the lettuce leaves whole. Wash the apples and cut them into thin wedges without cores. Distribute one-sixth each of the lettuce, crab salad, and apple slices on the wraps. If desired, you can replace the lettuce with arugula and the crab salad with scampi salad.
