Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 rolls of pizza dough
- 1 large jar of tomato sauce
- 600 g minced beef
- 1 large jar of sliced cucumber(s) (burger cucumbers)
- 1 pack of bacon, cut into strips, approx. 200 g
- 200g Cheddar
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
First, take a large springform pan, line it with baking paper, and place one roll of pizza dough inside. Overlap the dough at the edge of the pan. Seal any holes. If you don’t have enough dough, cut off 1/3 of the second roll and add more. Spread the base with tomato sauce. Then fry the Baron until crispy and let it cool. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and season to taste. Stir in the tomato paste. Place the minced meat in the springform pan and arrange the cucumber slices on top. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle over the top. Finely chop the onion and garlic and scatter them over the bacon. Make a grid of mustard, BBQ sauce, and ketchup on top. Finally, spread the cheddar cheese on top. Now fold the overlapping pizza dough over the pizza dough and cover the remaining free space with the remaining pizza dough. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until the dough is nicely browned. Then remove the springform pan from the oven and, using the baking paper, slide the cake out of the pan. Slice and serve immediately. Of course, you can vary the quantities and ingredients as you wish.
