Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 70 g gherkins
  • 70 g cherry tomatoes
  • 70g Cheddar
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp fat for frying
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 10 g ketchup
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ tsp, leveled garlic powder
  • ½ tsp, leveled onion powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 40 g salad mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Dice the onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Finely chop the garlic. Grate the cheddar cheese. Brown the onions, garlic, and meat in a pan. After about 5-7 minutes, add the tomatoes and cucumbers to the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer everything to a casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Transfer this to the casserole dish. Mix everything well and sprinkle with the grated cheddar cheese. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes. Serve with baguette or hamburger buns and salad.
