Everything you love about a burger, with a Mexican twist!
Add a little oil to the pan and fry the chopped onion until translucent. Then add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Fry until browned, then drain the liquid. Add ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well incorporated. Melt the butter in another pan (1 tbsp per tortilla) and place a tortilla in the pan. Spread some of the meat mixture on one side of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold it shut. Fry for 3-5 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is nicely browned. Prepare the remaining tortillas in the same way. Place on a plate and garnish with ketchup and/or mustard, if desired. Serve with a mixed salad.
