Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 30 g onion(s), finely chopped
- 5 g salt
- 2 ½ g white pepper
- 6 g mustard, medium hot
- 1 g sweet paprika powder
- ½ g parsley, dried
- 1 g garlic clove(s), freshly squeezed
- 1 small carrot(s), grated
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the rapeseed oil and ground meat, in a bowl and mix well. Add the ground meat and mix thoroughly. Form the mixture into 50-gram balls. Preheat a pan with the rapeseed oil and add the meatballs. Fry for 8 minutes at 3/4 to full heat, depending on your stovetop, swirling the pan every 20 seconds to ensure the balls are cooked evenly. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
