Cheeseburger with lots of bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100g bacon
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 large buns (burger)
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • 20 g onion(s)
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Season the ground beef and form it into a flat patty. Heat the burger buns in the oven at 150°C. Cut the bacon into 10 thin slices and fry them with the ground beef. Remove the buns from the oven and top with whatever you like, for example: bun, lettuce, 2 strips of bacon, cheese, patty, ketchup, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of cucumber, 3 strips of bacon, and more bread. Place the burger back in the microwave for another 30-50 seconds and eat.
