Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the batter, mix the ingredients one by one. Spread 2/3 of it onto the bottom of a round, greased cake pan. Mix the other ingredients for the pastry one by one. Pour onto the batter. Sprinkle the remaining cake batter in flakes over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.
