Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- Fat, for the shape
- Breadcrumbs, for the mold
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g cream cheese, 4%
- 200 g sour cream, 11% (200 g)
- 1 sachet of pudding powder (bourbon vanilla)
- 75 g margarine (semi-skimmed)
- 4 eggs
- Sweetener, measure in the cap approx. for 200 g sugar

Base: Mix ingredients into a dough. Grease a 26cm springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Line the pan with dough, creating a 2cm rise. Quark mixture: Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the quark, cream cheese, sour cream with egg yolk, low-fat margarine, pudding powder, and sweetener well. Then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. This will make the mixture nice and fluffy. Pour the quark mixture onto the base and bake in a convection oven at 150°C for about 1 hour. Cover with aluminum foil 15 minutes before the end of baking to prevent it from getting too dark.
