Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g whipped cream
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g fruits or berries (e.g. raspberries, strawberries …), fresh or frozen
- possibly sugar
- 4 ladyfingers

Cheesecake cream in a jar
For the cream, whip the cream until stiff. Mix together the cream cheese, quark, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar. Fold the cream into the mixture. For the fruit sauce, puree the desired fruit, sweetening with sugar if desired. Finely crumble the sponge fingers. Layer the fruit sauce, crumbles, and cream in 4 dessert glasses. You can make multiple layers.
