Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp cherry(s) (imperial cherries) from the jar
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 ml cherry juice
- 1 shot of cherry brandy
- n. B. Ice cream of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Caramelize the butter and sugar in a saucepan until light and golden. Add the cherries. Deglaze with kirsch, igniting the rising smoke (be careful, the flames are high!). Add the cherry juice and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with ice cream of your choice.
