Cheesecake Dessert with Strawberry Sauce
The perfect cheesecake dessert with strawberry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the cheesecake:
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 4 tbsp Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 1 packet Citric acid
- 750 g Quark
- 450 g Yogurt
- 80 g Sugar
- Lemon juice
For the cake crumbs:
- 150 g Cold butter
- 280 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 75 g Sugar
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla sugar
Strawberry sauce
- Chop the strawberries in a blender. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Stir again and again and then let the sauce cool down completely.
Cheesecake
- Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice together.
- For the cake crumbs, knead all the ingredients into a dough and bake it in a springform pan in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 175 ° C. Then let the base cool down completely and then crumble it.
- To serve, fill the cake crumbs into dessert glasses. Then distribute the previously stirred mixture on top. Finally, add the strawberry sauce to the mixture as a topping.
