Cheesecake Dessert with Strawberry Sauce

The perfect cheesecake dessert with strawberry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the cheesecake:

  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 packet Citric acid
  • 750 g Quark
  • 450 g Yogurt
  • 80 g Sugar
  • Lemon juice

For the cake crumbs:

  • 150 g Cold butter
  • 280 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Vanilla sugar

Strawberry sauce

  1. Chop the strawberries in a blender. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Stir again and again and then let the sauce cool down completely.

Cheesecake

  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice together.
  2. For the cake crumbs, knead all the ingredients into a dough and bake it in a springform pan in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 175 ° C. Then let the base cool down completely and then crumble it.
  3. To serve, fill the cake crumbs into dessert glasses. Then distribute the previously stirred mixture on top. Finally, add the strawberry sauce to the mixture as a topping.
