Ingredients
 

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Sauce:

  • 3 Egg yolk L
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out

Instructions
 

  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and gradually add the sugar.
  • Put a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil, then turn it down so that the water just boils.
  • Bring the milk with the vanilla to the boil. Beat the egg yolks with sugar. Remove the milk from the stove and slowly stir in the egg mixture and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
  • For the snow eggs, cut off the egg white 3 times and turn it over to the boiling water after 1 minute. Drain and serve with the sauce.
