Cheesecake in Glass

The perfect cheesecake in glass recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 75 g Oatmeal and nut biscuits
  • 20 g Liquid butter
  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 150 g Quark three-quarter fat
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 3 Passion fruits / maracujas
  • 150 g Cream yogurt
  1. Finely crumble the oatmeal biscuits with your hands. Mix with 20 g liquid butter and fill into 4 heat-resistant glasses (e.g. von Weck, 200 ml content). Press on the bottom with your fingers. Put in a cold place for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees). Mix the double cream cheese, quark and egg. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and flour and stir into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses and place them in a casserole dish (25 + 15 cm) Place on a wire rack in the oven and fill the baking dish three quarters high with boiling water. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 160 degrees (convection 140 degrees) and bake for another 20 minutes.
  3. Switch off the oven and let the cakes cool down in the slightly opened oven for 15 minutes. Then take it out of the baking dish and let it cool down completely.
  4. Halve the passion fruit and remove the pulp with a teaspoon. Season to taste with sugar. Just before serving, add yoghurt and passion fruit meat to the cheesecake. My tip is, the cheesecake tastes good chilled in a glass.
